About Sandra
Hi, I’m Sandra — the creator of Hong Kong Foodie in UK. With over 15 years of experience in marketing research, I’ve worked across industries to uncover insights that drive business decisions. Back in Hong Kong, I ran a local grocery store in a vibrant neighborhood filled with expat families. That experience taught me the power of food in building community — a global village where cultures meet at the table.
Since moving to the UK, I’ve been actively involved in community volunteer work, and I’m now channeling my skills into digital marketing. This platform is my way of bringing people together through stories, tastes, and the rich tapestry of Hong Kong food culture.
